Firefox & connected devices: 15th September

Update: 20th September

Our investigations show that this issue is related to a recent update to Flash.

We are still working on a technical fix for this change, but in the mean time we recommend connecting to your account using Google Chrome and enabling our HTML 5 player.

To enable our HTML 5 player, using Google Chrome:

  • Login to your Deezer account
  • Click on the Settings icon Screen_Shot_2017-09-20_at_3.38.40_PM.png
  • Tick the box next to Player HTML5

There's currently an issue preventing Firefox users from listening to Deezer on an separate device connected through Bluetooth or HDMI.

We are working on the issue and hope to have it fixed soon!
