Most customers having been affected by the recent issue causing paid accounts (via Cricket) to show as free, have been re provisioned and therefore the account is working correctly. For those customers who are paying for Deezer through a Cricket add on and are still experiencing free features, please first contact Cricket to check that the plan is active. If everything is ok on their side, contact our support team so we can check the status of your account and help you further.
Subscription issue through Cricket/Deezer plan
Some US customers who have a Deezer add-on as part of their Cricket plan are experiencing an issue where they see adverts their Deezer account generally behaves like a free account.
We're still trying to resolve the underlying cause of this issue with Cricket, but if currently impacted by this issue, please contact our support who can assist further.
