Deezer Club is Deezer's exclusive in-app feature that gives Premium subscribers in France the chance to win unique experiences with their favourite artists. From VIP meet-and-greets and exclusive listening sessions to concert tickets and festival passes, Deezer Club brings fans closer to the music they love.

Note: Deezer Club is only available to users with a Premium, Duo, or Family plan in France. It is not available to Free users or Kid profiles.

What types of contests are available?
Here are some of the contests organised by Deezer Club:
Listening session: Fans get the chance to attend an exclusive album listening session in the presence of the artist, with a VIP welcome and time to ask questions
Release party: Fans are invited to an event celebrating the launch of an album in the presence of the artist
Front-Row XP: Fans can attend soundchecks before a concert, watch the show, and enjoy a VIP reception and time with the artist
Shaker: Fans get the opportunity to share a Shaker session with their favourite artist
Concert tickets: Win tickets to see your favourite artists live
Festival tickets: Win passes to popular festivals
How to access Deezer Club
Deezer Club is reserved for users with an active Premium, Duo, or Family plan. Contests are announced on social media and by email. Here is how to take part:
Go to the Club tab in the app and select Participer (Participate)
Read the contest information, then select Se connecter (Log in)
Enter your Deezer credentials, or log in using social authentication (Facebook, Google, or Apple)
Read the permissions page and select 'Accepter' (Accept) if you agree
Fill in your personal information and select Envoyer (Send)
A confirmation page will appear to confirm your entry was successful
Fingers crossed! If you are selected as a winner, you will be contacted directly by email with all the details and next steps

Access and eligibility
Why can't I see Deezer Club on the desktop app or website?
Deezer Club is only available on the Deezer mobile app (iOS and Android). Please open Deezer on your smartphone or tablet and look for the Club tab to access current contests. If you still can't see it on mobile, make sure you have an active Premium, Duo, or Family plan in France and that your app is up-to-date.
Why can't I see Deezer Club on my mobile app?
Deezer Club is only available to Premium, Duo, or Family subscribers in France. If you have a Premium, Duo, or Family plan in France and still cannot see the Club tab, please make sure your app is up-to-date and try refreshing. If the issue persists, please contact us with your user ID and email of your Deezer account so we can check your account.
Am I eligible for Deezer Club? I can't find the tab.
Deezer Club is available exclusively to Deezer Premium, Duo, and Family subscribers in France (including independent accounts on the Famille plan, but excluding Kid profiles and Free users). If you have a Premium, Duo, or Family plan in France and still cannot see the Club tab, make sure your app is up-to-date and try refreshing. If the issue persists, don't hesitate to contact us with your user ID and email of your Deezer account.
I can see the Club tab, but no contests are displayed.
Deezer Club contests are currently available for users with a Premium, Duo, or Family plan in France. If you can see the Club tab but no contests appear, your account's country may not be set to France. Go to your Deezer account settings, and change your country recommendations. Check our article about Change Your Country Recommendations. If the issue persists, please contact us so we can verify.
Is Deezer Club free?
Deezer Club itself has no extra cost. There are no additional fees to enter contests! However, it is exclusively available to users with an active Deezer Premium, Duo, or Family plan in France. Participating in contests
I can't log in when trying to participate in a contest.
Please make sure you are using the correct email and password for your Deezer account or that your social media account (Facebook, Google, or Apple) is properly linked to your Deezer profile. If you continue to experience issues, visit our login troubleshooting article for step-by-step guidance, or contact us with your user ID and email of your Deezer account, and we will look into it.
The participate button didn't work—I had to restart the app.
Don't worry! This can happen. The app can occasionally lose its session. Restarting the Deezer app should resolve this and allow you to participate without any problem. If the issue persists after restarting, please make sure your app is up to date and try again.
I clicked a link in Deezer Club and was redirected to an error page.
We're sorry for the inconvenience! The link you clicked may have expired because the associated event has already taken place. Please go directly to the Club tab in the app to see the currently active contests. If you believe the contest is still ongoing, please contact us with your user ID and email of your Deezer account, a screenshot of the issue, and the date you encountered the issue so we can investigate.
Winners and draws
How are winners selected?
All Deezer Club contest winners are selected through a completely random draw after the contest closes. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning. If you are selected, you will be contacted directly by email. Keep entering — good luck!
Has the draw for the [artist] contest taken place? Did I win?
Competition draws are conducted by the Deezer Club team after the contest closing date. Winners are notified directly by email. If you have not received any email from us, it unfortunately means you were not selected as a winner this time. Keep an eye on the Club tab for new contests — there are always new opportunities!
I received a first email from Deezer Club – does that mean I've won?
Not quite yet! There are two separate emails in the winner process:
The first email (subject: "Deezer t'invite à…") is an invitation. It means you have been shortlisted, but it is not a confirmation that you have won.
The second email (subject: "Ta confirmation pour…") is the only official confirmation that you are a winner.
You are only confirmed as a winner once you receive that second email. Make sure to also check your spam folder for both.
I saw that I won directly in the app — what happens next?
Great news! Some Deezer Club contests use an Instant Win feature, which lets you know right away inside the app whether you have won. Here is what to expect:
After winning in the app, you will receive an automated confirmation email
Open the email and complete the form to confirm your participation and provide your +1 details. If there is no form, simply reply to the email with your own details and your +1 details
You will receive information on how to collect your prize (ticket PDF or on-site listing) at least one day before the event.
Note: If you do not complete the form in your confirmation email, your prize may be reattributed. Please fill it in as soon as possible.
I'm on the waitlist — what does that mean?
If you registered on the waitlist for a contest, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your registration. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted directly by an official message from our email address *****@deezer.com. If you do not hear from us, it means the event has sold out. Keep checking the Club tab for new contests!
I received the first invitation e-mail a while ago, but I still haven't received a confirmation. What's happening?
I won a contest for one city or date but couldn't attend. I've now received a new invitation for another date on the same tour. Does that mean I've won again?
Prizes and tickets
How many people can I bring? Can I invite more than one guest?
Each contest prize includes 2 tickets — one for you and one guest (+1). It is not possible to receive additional tickets beyond this.
Can I change my +1?
If you need to change your +1 details after submitting them, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your user ID, email of your Deezer account, and the contest name, and we will do our best to help. Don’t forget to share details (first name + surname, email) of your new +1.
My +1 hasn't received their ticket.
Only the contest winner receives the ticket(s) or prize details directly by email. Depending on the contest, you will receive a ticket PDF, or your names will be placed on the organiser's list for collection at the venue. Please wait for your confirmation email and follow the instructions provided. If you are concerned, contact us with your user ID and email of your Deezer account, and we will look into it.
When will I receive my tickets or prize details?
Once you are confirmed as a winner and have completed all the required steps, you will receive information on how to collect your prize (either a ticket PDF by email or an on-site listing) at least one day before the event. If your event is approaching and you have not received anything, please contact us with your user ID and email of your Deezer account, so we can look into it.
Is there a minimum age to attend a Deezer Club event?
Age requirements may vary depending on the event. Here's what you need to know:
In all cases: at least one of the two attendees (the winner or their +1) must be 18 or over.
If the event involves alcohol (for example, a VIP reception or release party), both the winner and their +1 must be 18 or over.
Full details are always shared with winners directly as part of their prize information. If you're unsure about a specific event, don't hesitate to contact us.
The event details in my confirmation email appear to be incorrect (wrong time, wrong venue, etc.). What should I do?
Confusing messages and display issues
I saw 'Tes places' in the app and thought I had won a contest — have I?
We understand the confusion and apologise for it! The Tes places button is an invitation to purchase concert tickets for an artist. It does not mean you have won a competition. Contest winners are always notified separately by email. If you entered a contest and have not received any communication, the draw may not have taken place yet, or you may not have been selected this time. We hope to see you win soon!
The contest title or details look incorrect.
This appears to be a display issue on our end. Please report it to us, and we will communicate it to the relevant team, who will correct it as quickly as possible. We appreciate your help in keeping Deezer Club running smoothly!
I received a notification that doesn't seem to be related to a Deezer Club contest.
This notification was sent by our communications team and is not related to a Deezer Club contest. It is an invitation to purchase concert tickets. If you did not wish to receive this type of communication, you can manage your notification preferences in your Deezer account settings. We are sorry for any confusion!
I contacted the venue, and they have no record of my ticket.
No need to worry! Deezer Club works directly with labels and tour promoters — not with the venue. This means the venue is not involved in our contest arrangements and will not have information about your ticket. Your ticket will be sent to you by email, or your name will appear on the organiser's list. Please wait for your confirmation email and follow the instructions provided.
Trust and legitimacy
Is this email or SMS from Deezer Club legitimate? I'm worried it might be a scam.
Is this email or SMS from Deezer Club legitimate? I'm worried it might be a scam.
Good instinct to check! All official communications from Deezer Club are sent from the domain “@deezer.com” only. If you are contacted by SMS, messages are sent exclusively from a specific number (you can contact us to confirm if the SMS is legit). If you received a message from any other domain that is not @deezer or the SMS content doesn’t sound right, please do not click any links and contact us immediately with a screenshot of that message.
I received a winner email, but I didn't confirm because it looked like a scam. Can I still claim my prize?

Can I request tickets to a show that isn't part of a Deezer Club contest?
Unfortunately, no. Deezer Club only provides tickets and exclusive experiences through its official contests. We are not able to offer tickets outside of an active contest. Keep an eye on the Club tab for upcoming opportunities!
