Common Technical Solutions

When it comes to technical difficulties the simplest answer is usually the correct one; we’ve gathered below a list of fixes for the most common technical issues.

Deleting App Cache

Within the Deezer app:

  1. Navigate to My Music
  2. Tap on the Settings icon > App Settings
  3. Scroll down to Disk Usage
  4. Click Clear All

Uninstall and reinstall the Deezer App

  1. Delete the Deezer app from your device, clearing any cache or app data
  2. Restart your device
  3. Reinstall the app again
  4. Restart your device

Update your mobile device to the latest available version of your operating system

Removing SD card (Android and Windows devices only)

Please note not all devices have a removable SD card, please check the technical documentation that came with your device before attempting to remove the SD card.

  1. Uninstall the Deezer App
  2. Turn off your device and remove your SD card
  3. Restart your device and reinstall the app again
  4. Change the storage location for downloaded content, within the Deezer App
    1. Navigate to My Music
    2. Tap on the Settings icon > App Settings
    3. Scroll down to Disk Usage
    4. Click Change Storage
  5. Turn off your device and reinsert your SD card
