Managing your payment details and subscription is easy from your account settings, but before you make any changes, we recommend switching to a PC or desktop device with a secure web browser.
- Log in to your account at deezer.com
- Select your user profile (next to the notifications bell)
- If you're logging in with Deezer Family, please use the Main profile to change your details
- Select Account Settings
- On the My information tab, select Manage my subscription
- Go to Payment method
- Change your payment method and enter your new details
Note: Your changes will take effect on your next payment
"I can't update my payment method on deezer.com or mobile."
Occasionally, you may need to clear your browser cache. Please open your account from a computer, clear the browser cache and try updating your details. If this does not work, you can use our Help Center webform.
"I recently moved to a new country. How can I pay for Deezer in the local currency?"
You'll need to cancel your current subscription and ensure your payment period is complete. After your last bill, you can activate a new subscription on your Deezer Free account. You'll then be charged with the corresponding currency. Please keep in mind that you must use a local payment method (payment method issued in the default country) when you resubscribe.
Note: Your music library may be different as it is region dependent
"I am an iTunes user. Why can I not update my Deezer payment details?"
If you've subscribed to our app with iTunes or another third party, you'll need to update your payment details with the third party directly. Please see Apple’s instructions for further information.
