Among the benefits offered in the combos, Deezer Premium stands out as the musical benefit, allowing Itaú customers unlimited, ad-free access to Deezer’s vast music library.
This partnership combines the best of music with exclusive Itaú advantages, such as packages combining Deezer Premium with extra internet, assistance and even cashback, all designed for you to save and enjoy more.
How to subscribe?
Subscription to Combinaqui is exclusive to Itaú customers with an active current account. You can subscribe directly via the Itaú app, the customer service centre or at any branch. When making your choice, provide a valid mobile phone number to receive the Deezer activation code.
The combos vary in price and benefits, and all offer significant savings compared to subscribing to the services individually.
How does it work?
If you are an Itaú customer and want to enjoy Deezer in Combinaqui, it’s simple:
Access your Itaú app.
Go to Products > Exclusive Products > Combinaqui.
Choose the combo that includes Deezer Premium, such as Combinaqui Conexão, which besides music streaming, offers internet bonuses.
After subscribing, you will receive an SMS with a link to create your Deezer Premium account or link an existing account.
Just follow the step-by-step instructions to activate your benefit and start listening to your favourite music immediately, on any device.
If you already have an individual Deezer Premium subscription, you will need to cancel it to link your account to the Itaú benefit and continue enjoying without interruptions.

How do I activate my Deezer?
When subscribing to Combinaqui and opting for Deezer, you will provide a mobile phone number. After subscribing, you will receive an SMS with a link to the Deezer page where you will create your account or link an existing Deezer account. You can also access the Deezer website https://www.deezer.com/br/activate/itau, enter your phone number previously registered when subscribing to Combinaqui and follow the steps to create your Deezer account.
Attention: If you are already a Deezer Premium customer, you will need to cancel your current account and only after cancellation will you be able to link the account through your Combinaqui combo. If you have any difficulties activating or using the benefit, please seek help from our support.
I already have a Deezer Premium account. How do I link my Deezer Premium benefit through Itaú?
In this case, you will first need to cancel your Deezer Premium subscription with Deezer and then, when your account is Deezer Free, you can link the offer via Itaú by following the steps mentioned above.
Do I need to change any details on my Deezer account when switching to the Itaú/Combinaqui offer?
No, you can use your existing Deezer account. However, when your previous subscription ends, you will need to activate the new offer via Itaú to continue enjoying Deezer without interruptions.
Can I find offers other than Deezer Premium?
Currently, the only option available through the partnership with Itaú is Deezer Premium.
I did not receive the Deezer activation link after subscribing to Combinaqui. What should I do?
The SMS can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive — but if you have waited and still received nothing, you do not need to start over. Access the activation link directly:

What happens when payment fails or is overdue and how to resume access.
Why did I lose access to Deezer Premium even though I have Combinaqui?
Access to Deezer Premium via Combinaqui depends on the monthly subscription payment. Itaú attempts to debit from the 5th day of each month. If this debit is unsuccessful, Itaú continues to try charging on subsequent business days throughout the month. If no successful attempt is confirmed by the last day of the month, the combo is suspended from the 1st day of the following month and Deezer Premium is automatically deactivated.
The good news: your profile, playlists and favourite songs remain saved in your account. You do not lose anything.
What happens when the monthly fee is not successfully charged?
5th day of each month: Itaú tries to debit the monthly fee from your account.
Insufficient balance: new attempts are made on subsequent business days throughout the month.
Last day of the month without confirmed payment: your subscription enters suspension process.
1st day of the following month: the combo is formally suspended and Deezer Premium is deactivated.
I was successfully charged, but Deezer still shows Deezer Free. Why?
When will my Deezer Premium access be reactivated after a payment issue?
If payment occurs before the last day of the month, the benefit is normally renewed at the start of the following month.
If payment occurs after suspension is active (for example, on the 2nd day of the following month), reactivation only occurs on the 1st day of the subsequent month.
Can I be compensated for the days I was without Deezer Premium during suspension?
What should I do to avoid suspension of Deezer Premium?
- Ensure the current account linked to Combinaqui has sufficient balance from the 5th day of each month.
- If you have an "Account Limit" (overdraft), also check its availability. The debit can use it.
- Pay attention to communications from Itaú about overdue payments.

What if I cancel Combinaqui?
You will continue to have access to Deezer Premium until the end of the paid period. After that, your profile will be changed to Deezer Free.
How do I cancel my Deezer subscription?
If you want to cancel your Deezer Premium subscription, as it is part of the Combinaqui benefits package, you must cancel this package at Itaú branches, through customer service centres or via the app.
What happens if I cancel my Combinaqui benefits plan? What happens to my Deezer Premium subscription? Will I lose my favourites?
If you cancel your Combinaqui benefits package, your Deezer Premium subscription will end on the last day of the reference month. Your Deezer account will switch from Premium to Free, losing access to several features. However, your favourite songs remain saved in your Deezer account, provided you do not delete your Deezer account.
I want to keep Deezer Premium but cancel the Combinaqui benefits package. What should I do?
In this case, after cancelling Combinaqui, wait until your Deezer account becomes free. Then you can subscribe to the plan that best suits you directly with Deezer via our app or website www.deezer.com. More information about our plans HERE

I have Deezer Premium active, but the app still shows Deezer Free?
If you tried to complete the activation journey by entering your mobile number associated with the Combinaqui offer and received the screen below, this means your benefit was linked to your Deezer account, but unfortunately your phone number was not provisioned with Deezer Premium. We recommend contacting Itaú support for further clarification.
I'm without access to Deezer Premium?
This could be happening if you logged into another Deezer account or, for example, if there was a delay in paying the Combinaqui monthly fee. The provisioning of the Deezer Premium service is Itaú’s responsibility, so we recommend contacting Itaú support.
I'm having problems with the Deezer app?
If you are experiencing problems with the Deezer app, try updating the app, checking your internet connection or restarting your device. If problems persist, visit the Deezer Help Centre for further support.
What to do in case of problems?

How can I update my email or other data in my Deezer account?

I am going to change my mobile number, what should I do?
If you are going to change the phone number linked to your Combinaqui/Deezer benefits, contact Itaú customer support for help changing the number. If you use your phone number to log into your Deezer account, you should update the number via the Deezer app or, if you have difficulties, through our support.
If I need to update the email of my Deezer account, who should I contact?
If you need to update your email, just access your Deezer app and make the changes. If you do not have access to the existing email on your Deezer account, you will need to contact our support team.

Can I listen to music offline?
