The service should be back to normal now as a temporary fix has been put in place.
Please note that this is a temporary solution and that we're still working together with BMW to implement a permanent fix.

We are still working on a solution with our partner regarding the reports of BMW subscriber receiving an error message. We will let you know of any further updates.

We've received reports of issues with BMW subscribers receiving an error message "service unavailable". We’re currently investigating with our partner to find a solution.
