With Fitbit, you can listen to millions of songs on Deezer’s catalogue, all your favorite playlists. Sync and hour of flow every day and find inspiration with our fitness playlists:
Leave your phone at home, while you get your daily music and fitness fix. Deezer playlists and Fitness playlists update automatically and your Flow updates daily when your Fitbit is charging and connected to WiFi.
Note: It can take a little longer for Flow to update, if it’s your first time using the Deezer app

Requirements
To enjoy Deezer on Fitbit you’ll need:
- Android 5.0 and above or iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 12.0 or above
- Windows 10 device running 1607 or above
- Bluetooth headphones
- A Premium or Deezer Family paid subscription
- WiFi connection to set up your device and download music (Wi-Fi won't work on your watch when the battery is 25% or less)
- You can only have one Deezer account linked to one Fitbit device at a time and only one Admin profile for a Deezer Family subscription (Independent accounts can log in using their separate log in details)
Note: Although Deezer HiFi can be used with Fitbit, it is not possible to listen to FLAC quality music

Note: At this time, it’s not possible to listen to live radio or podcasts using Deezer on Fitbit
How to set up Deezer on your Fitbit
- Connect your Fitbit to WiFi and
- Open Deezer app (download it from Fitbit App Gallery
- Using a web browser, open fitbit.com/deezer
- Enter the activation code. See help article.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your Fitbit account and choose your device (if you don’t see these instructions, skip to step 6)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your Deezer account or create a new account
- Select the Today
tab
- Select your profile image and device
- Select Media, then Deezer
- Select Add Music and playlists to download
Note: To start the download, make sure you plug your Fitbit in the charger. You’ll need to plug your watch into the charger to start download.
Force Sync on Fitbit
If you would like to force sync, you can follow these steps.
- Tap the menu icon
- Force Sync Now
in the Deezer section of the Fitbit app to add the playlists to your watch.
Note: Depending on the amount of music being downloaded, this process may take several minutes or more. Check the progress of the download on the watch’s screen or in the Fitbit app (if your phone is within Bluetooth range).
Playlists
When browsing playlists, they are ordered with the most recently updated playlists at the top. Songs in your playlists are sorted according to how you have sorted them on Deezer.com – for instance, in manual order, A-Z, or by recently added song. The equalizer icon indicates which playlist, and track, is currently playing.
Note: Once you start tracking a fitness session and run a Deezer playlist, it's not possible to change your Deezer playlist without ending the current fitness session your Fitbit is tracking
Why did my Deezer playlists disappear from my Fitbit?
Your Deezer subscription may have expired or you may have exceeded your limit of offline devices.Make sure your Fitbit is charged and in range of your Wi-Fi network to verify your account status at least once every 15 days.
Listening to Deezer playlists on Fitbit
- Open Deezer
- Select the Play button next to the playlist
- Select the name of the playlist to see the full list of tracks
- You have the option to select Shuffle All or an individual track to play it
- Use the arrow icons to skip to the next track or previous track (returning to a previous track isn’t possible when listening to Flow).
- Press the + and - icons to control the volume
- Open the music controls to change tracks or control volume. From any screen, press and hold the back button on your watch and swipe to the Music Controls screen
Note: It is not possible to Repeat individual songs at this time
How to Remove a Playlist
- Select the Today
tab
- Select your profile image and device
- Select Media, then Deezer
- Select Add Music
- To remove a playlist, swipe it to the left and tap Delete
