How to listen to music on your Fitbit
After you have downloaded your playlists or Flow, and connected your Fitbit to a Bluetooth audio device, you’re ready to go.
Browsing music on your Fitbit
Open the Deezer app on your Fitbit. At the very top, you should see Flow. Below Flow is your list of playlists. Swipe up to see them all, and then tap the one you want to play.
When browsing playlists, they are ordered with the most recently updated playlists at the top. Songs in your playlists are sorted according to how you have sorted them on Deezer.com – for instance, in manual order, A-Z, or by recently added song. The equalizer icon indicates which playlist, and track, is currently playing.
To listen to a different playlist, press the Back button and tap on a new playlist. You may need to reopen the Deezer app first.
When viewing a playlist, tap a track to begin playback.
While music is playing, you can pause/play the track, and tap the arrow icons to skip to the next track or previous track. Returning to a previous track isn’t possible when listening to Flow.
Press the + and - icons to control the volume.
Note: It is not possible to Repeat individual songs at this time.
Note: Once you start tracking a fitness session and run a Deezer playlist, it's not possible to change your Deezer playlist without ending the current fitness session your Fitbit is tracking.
From the main Playlist view, tap Shuffle All to begin listening to all of your the songs on your Fitbit in shuffle mode – excluding Flow.
You can shuffle just the songs in a playlist, too. Select your chosen playlist, swipe down until the Shuffle icon appears at the very top of the screen. Tap the Shuffle icon to begin playing the playlist in shuffle mode.
Change Bluetooth device
To change the Bluetooth device your Fitbit is outputting to, open additional controls by tapping the More [...] icon. Here, you can change the Bluetooth audio output device.
