What is the Online Entertainment package?

The Online Entertainment package allows you to bring all your favourite music with you, wherever you go, streamed directly from Deezer to your BMW.

The package includes everything you need, including 12 months of data roaming in your BMW and 12 months of Deezer Premium+ that can be used on all your connected devices, in addition to your BMW!

Which BMW models are compatible with the Deezer app?

Deezer is compatible with all cars that have a high range screen called ‘Navigation system Professional’.

In which countries can I purchase BMW Online Entertainment with Deezer?

BMW Online Entertainment with Deezer can be purchased in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Can I access Deezer in my BMW when I’m abroad?

Access to all online functionality of BMW Online Entertainment is available while travelling abroad in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In all other countries you will have to access to tracks you’ve previously downloaded before.

How do I purchase the Online Entertainment package?

The package can be purchased through BMW, for full details or assistance please contact BMW Support.

Can I benefit from this package if I already have a Deezer account?

Yes! When performing the initial setup in your BMW, instead of creating a new account, use your existing Deezer account login details to link your account.

If you’re already a Deezer subscriber, you can choose to register your existing account in your BMW; the 12 months of Premium+ will be immediately added to your account and replace your current subscription.

Note: While this is true for Deezer Free and Premium+ accounts that are subscribed directly through deezer.com, there are other partnered Deezer subscription packages that are unfortunately not compatible with the BMW Online Entertainment offer.

Additionally, if you currently subscribe to Deezer as part of an offer through your mobile provider or the iOS App Store, it’s necessary to unsubscribe from your current offer before you can register your Deezer account in your BMW.

I’ve purchased the package, but I’m having difficulties registering my existing Deezer account, who do I contact?

For technical or commercial reasons, certain existing Deezer subscriptions cannot be automatically added to or replaced by the Online Entertainment offer. Deezer and BMW do their best to limit those cases, however, certain issues may remain.

For assistance setting up Deezer in BMW please contact Deezer Support.

Note: If you currently subscribe to Deezer as part of an offer with your mobile provider or through the iOS App Store, it’s necessary to unsubscribe from your current offer before you can register your Deezer account in your BMW.
