We all know connectivity to the internet or data is available nearly everywhere, but what about those times when you are stuck with no wifi or data? If you are a paid subscriber to a Deezer subscription, one of the many benefits is the ability to listen to your content offline!

If you're a Deezer Student, Deezer Premium, Deezer Duo, Deezer Family, Deezer HiFi or Deezer Family HiFi user, you can download your favorite content to listen to offline, including:
- Albums
- Audiobooks (select countries)
- Favorite tracks
- Playlists
- Podcast episodes
Note: You can't download tracks unless you add them to your favorites or to a playlist. You can't download tracks on the Deezer website

How to download your content over WiFi
- Go to Favorites
- Select the respective section to view all of your favorite tracks, albums and playlists
If you want to listen to Podcasts offline, navigate to the tab to view all of your favorite podcast episodes or series

- Select respective section to view all of your favorite tracks, albums and playlists

Note: You can't download tracks on the Deezer website
- Go to Favorites
- Select the tab with the type of content you want to download. For example, Favorite Tracks, Playlists, Albums, or Podcasts

How to download your content via mobile data
By default, the Deezer mobile app will only download your music when you are connected to Wi-Fi to save data. You can change this to allow downloading to happen when you're using your mobile data. However, it's worth checking with your mobile provider as downloading with your phone's data can result in high charges.
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top left hand side of the application
- Select Offline & data
- Under Download, select Allow downloads using mobile data
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top left hand side of the application
- Select Audio
- Under Download, select Download via mobile data
How to view your downloaded music
To view your downloaded music;
- Go to Favorites
- Scroll down until you see Downloaded music and select
- A list of your downloaded content will appear
You will also see a section titled Suggested downloads which will use your algorithm to determine a list of tracks which are similar to those you have downloaded already, which you can add to your downloaded content for even more music offline!
How to turn on Offline Mode on your mobile
Offline mode allows you to listen to your downloaded content on your mobile without an internet connection. Perfect for travel or commuting, you can listen to all your favorite content offline and save data.
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top left hand side of the application
- Select Offline & data
- Under Offline mode, select Activate offline mode
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top left hand side of the application
- Under the Preferences section, select Offline mode
