Nobody likes technical issues when you are trying to listen to your favorite music. Unfortunately, technical difficulties do happen and there are a number of reasons why your music may not be appearing on your Deezer app. This article will guide you through how to troubleshoot if the music you have saved has gone missing.
Tip: When you save music on Deezer, it is stored in your Favorites

You can create multiple Deezer accounts, each with its own subscription, saved music, and playlists. If you are using multiple devices, please make sure you have logged in to the correct account.
If you're logged in to the correct Deezer account, here are some possible reasons why you can't find your saved content:
You're not looking in the right place. Songs you favorite are stored in your Favorite tracks, albums you favorite are saved in Albums, playlists you favorite are saved in Playlists, etc.
There is a limit to the amount of tracks that are displayed in your Favorites. On mobile, you are limited to viewing 10,000 tracks from your favorites, but you can see the full list on desktop. Read more here
Tip: Like your favorites list, playlists can only display a certain number of songs depending on your device
You're trying to favorite content without an internet connection. Only some devices will allow you to save content offline. You can learn more here

If content is greyed out and won’t play, it may be because you're not connected. See our Can't play music page for more details. It may also be greyed out because it is no longer available. This can happen if licensing agreements with the artist, label or right holders have changed.
Also note that playlists created by Deezer, other users and content creators may have had their content removed from public view.

If you've downloaded music to your device and can no longer play it, it is because your subscription has changed or expired.
You have to be on a Deezer Premium plan to download music. If you decide to unsubscribe from Deezer, your downloaded tracks will not be lost, but you will not be able to access them until you resubscribe. As long as you resubscribe with the same account, all your downloads will be there.
