Check If You Have A Deezer Account

Can’t remember making an Deezer account? Or sure you have one but have no idea which email address to log in with?

There’s a quick way to check if you have an email address associated with a Deezer account:

  1. On the Welcome page, enter an email address
  2. Select ContinueButton.svg
  3. If you are taken to the Create a password page, you do not have a Deezer account associated with that email address

    If you are taken to the Your password page, you do have a Deezer account associated with that email address

  1. Go to deezer.com/login
  2. Select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
  3. Enter an email address
  4. Select ConfirmButton.svg

  5. Check your inbox; if there is a new password reset email in there, then you have an account with that email address
