There may come a time when you want to change your username, password or email. At Deezer, we take your security very seriously, so we've added an extra security step to confirm that it's really you making the request to change your email or password.

How to change your email or password
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon at the top left hand side of your application
- Select Account
- Select Change your email address or Change password
- Select SEND CODE
The six digit security code will be sent to the email address that is on your screen
- Check your email for the six digit code
- Back on the Deezer app, enter the six digit code
- Select CONTINUE or RESEND CODE to start the process again from step five
- Enter your new email address or password
- Re-enter your new email address or password
- Select SAVE CHANGES
Note: If you don’t have access to this email, you’ll need to have it changed by one of our agents. Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. For security reasons, the code to reset your password will expire after 10 minutes. Once expired, you’ll need to request a new one.

- Under the My Information section, find your email address or password and select the pencil icon to edit
- Select SEND CODE

- Back on deezer.com, enter the six digit code
- Select CONTINUE or RESEND CODE to start the process again from step five
- Enter your new email address or password
- Re-enter your new email address or password
- Select SAVE CHANGES

How to change your username
Unfortunately, you cannot change your username on iOS devices. You will need to log in to deezer.com to change your username.
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon at the top left hand side of your application
- Select Account management
- Select your profile at the top of the page
- Enter a new username
- Select OK
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon at the top right hand side of your application
- Select Account Settings
- Under Deezer information that can be seen by other Deezer users, in the Username field, enter a new username
