The more music you listen to, the more you'll improve Flow and Deezer smart playlists, helping Deezer make better recommendations on your Music tab.
Flow is your personalized soundtrack, which includes favorites and recommendations based on the content you've favorited on Deezer, including:
- Favorite Tracks from your Favorites
tab
- What music you listen to from the Deezer catalog
- The genre and artist choices you made when you first signed up to Deezer
Note: If you want to listen to only new recommendations, try our Monday discovery smart playlist
Improve Flow by telling us what you love
By telling us what tracks, albums and artists you love or dislike, Flow can make better recommendations to suit your musical taste.
You can tell Deezer what you like using the Add to Favorites Tracks button. You’ll see it beside every track, album, artist, and playlist.
Whenever you press the Add to Favorites Tracks button, that content is added to your Favorite Tracks on the Favorites
tab.
The simplest way to improve your Flow is by adding more content to your Favorites Tracks and listening to music across the app. Whether it’s an album, an artist, or a track – Flow absorbs it all.
If you need more guidance, check out our article for the step-by-step process.
Note: Flow needs to understand your taste to provide you better recommendations; it will appear on your Music tab as soon as you’ve reached 15 favorites
Explore Deezer Music tab
We created the Music tab specifically to recommend more music that you’ll enjoy.
In your Made for you section, you will find personalized playlists, inspired by your favorite artists and new music specially tailored to your music taste. By adding songs and artists from Flow playlists to your Favorites, your Flow will become even better at serving your music needs.
Remove a song or artist from Flow
Just tap the button and select
or
and that song or artists will not be replayed.
Flow is playing the same songs over and over. Why?
If you’ve only just started using Deezer, Flow only knows what you picked when you signed up.
First, try adding more songs and artists to your Favorites and why not give a smarktrack playlist from the Made for you section a try? The more you listen to music, the more Deezer will know your tastes. This will help Deezer make better recommendations.
If that doesn’t work, try deleting your cache.
Note: This will delete your downloads
