You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Deezer app or website. Your subscription will automatically revert back to Deezer Free when you cancel. All your favorite tracks, playlists and content will still be visible. However, some features like unlimited skips, downloading and offline listening are only available to paid subscribers. Any downloaded content will become grey and unplayable.
Canceling on the Deezer app
- Go to Settings
(displayed on the top-right corner on any of your Deezer tabs)
- Go to Account management
- Select Manage my subscription
- Select Cancel my subscription
- Choose your reason for canceling and select Confirm
- A message confirming your cancelation will appear
Canceling on deezer.com
- Log in to your account on deezer.com
- Select your user profile

- Select Account Settings
- Go to Manage my subscription
- Select Cancel my subscription
- Choose your reason for canceling and select Confirm
iTunes users
If you subscribe to Deezer through your Apple (iTunes) account. iTunes users can only cancel directly with Apple. Find out how to cancel your subscription here. Learn more about paying for Deezer through Apple.
Mobile phone bundles
If you're paying for Deezer as part of a mobile phone bundle, please contact your mobile provider to cancel your subscription.
"Why can't I find the option to cancel my subscription?"
You may already be logged into Deezer Free and there is no subscription to cancel. Alternatively, you may also have more than one subscription linked to different emails. Find out how to check if you have an account.
"I started a trial. What happens when it finishes?"
If you are using a free 15-day trial through your mobile, your account will automatically revert back to Deezer Free. However, if the trial is longer than 15 days, you will be billed monthly after the first month. If you do not wish to continue, you will need to cancel the subscription.
"Why have I been charged after canceling?"
- You may have more than one account
- You have not completed the cancelation process. You will receive an email when you have successfully canceled your account.
- If you're subscribed to Deezer through Apple (iTunes) or your mobile provider, it's possible they have not finished processing your cancelation. Please contact your third party provider directly.
