To delete or remove a member from your Family account you must be logged in to the admin account.
How to delete a profile from your Family
We recommend that any content that you want to save is transferred to another account before you delete a Profile.
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top left hand side of the application
- Select Plan management
- Under the section Multi-account management, select Manage my accounts
- On the account you wish to delete, select the three dots next to the user
- Select Delete this profile
- A pop up will appear asking you to confirm whether you wish to delete the user
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top left hand side of the application
- Select Members
- Select the three dots
against the user profile you wish to delete icon
- Select Delete this profile
- A pop up will appear asking you to confirm whether you wish to delete the user
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top right hand side of the application
- Select Members
- Select Manage members
- Select the edit
icon next to the member you want to delete
- Select Delete this profile
- Enter the username of the Profile
- Select Delete to confirm
How to remove an independent account from your Family
Note: An independent account can only be removed from your Family. It cannot be deleted
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top left hand side of the application
- Select Plan management
- Under the section Multi-account management, select Manage my accounts
- On the account you wish to delete, select the three dots next to the user
- Select Remove this member
- Select OK to confirm
Note: Removed independent accounts will revert back to Deezer Free
- Go to your settings by selecting your profile icon in the top left hand side of the application
- Select Members
- Select the three dots
against the user profile you wish to delete icon
- Select Remove this member
- Select OK to confirm
Note: Removed independent accounts will revert back to Deezer Free

- Select Members
- Select Manage members
- Select the edit

- Select Remove
- Enter the username of the independent account
- Select Remove to confirm
Note: Removed independent accounts will revert back to Deezer Free. The account owner can subscribe to Deezer Premium or Deezer Family at any time to access music on demand and offline listening
When an Admin deletes a Profile, the member's favorites, recommendations, playlists and personal listening history will be permanently deleted. This is why we recommend converting profiles into independent accounts or transferring playlists before the Admin deletes a Profile or kid-only profile to ensure the content is not lost.
When an Independent account is removed, the account will revert back to Deezer Free. Independent account owners can subscribe to any Deezer plan to access playlists, music on demand and offline listening.
