The steps to log in differ depending on how you have been set up as a Family member.
How to log in with an independent account
Independent accounts have their own login details. If you were added to the Family with an independent account, you will need to enter the login details for your account to log in. Other independent accounts and profiles will not be able to access your account.
Note: The Family admin may have changed your profile into an independent account for you. You should ask the admin for the credentials to log in. You can then change your password within the app.
Tip: You can log in without your password by entering your email address on the login page and then selecting LOG IN WITHOUT PASSWORD. You can then change your password within the app.
How to log in with a Profile
If you are set up with a profile, you will need to enter the same login details used by the admin of the Family account. Once you have logged in, you will be able to pick your profile from the members page.
Note: You are also able to go to Settings and select Members to pick another profile
How to switch Profiles
- Log in to your account
- Select the profile you would like to access
Note: If you are already logged in on mobile, you can view other profiles by going to Settings and selecting Members. If you are already logged in on Desktop, you can view other profiles by selecting your profile photo and then selecting Members
