Deezer Premium+

Premium+ is one of the ways you can enjoy Deezer. With a Premium+ account you can listen to whatever you want, whenever you want with no ads and no interruptions:

To subscribe Premium+ you’ll need a Deezer account:

  1. Create a Deezer account or log in to an existing one
  2. Once you’re logged in go to My Music and select Subscribe
  3. Follow the steps to enter your payment details and you’re done!

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel from any browser on your computer! To cancel your subscription follow these steps. If you don’t have access to a computer, you can contact our support team.

Your current subscription will remain active up until the last day you have paid for and can be restarted at any time by re-entering your payment details.

If I cancel my Premium+ subscription, do I lose My Music?

No, you’ll keep all your playlists and favourite tracks stored in your library (My Music). Cancelling your subscription will just revert your account to our Free ad-based service.

However if you’ve downloaded any of the music to a device, you won’t be able to listen to it offline until you become a Premium+ user again.

Are there any limits to how many devices I can use on my Premium+ account?

You can link up to 3 devices to your account but please note you can only play music on one of these devices at a time.

If you want to link a new device and find you’ve reached your limit, you can, you can remove a connected device at any time to free up space!

Can I download my music to listen to offline?

As a Premium+ subscriber you’ll have full access to the Deezer library and may download the content to your device to listen to without the need for internet access.

Please note, if you cancel your subscription you will not be able to access your downloaded content.
