Family members can be added to a Deezer Family plan as an Independent account with their own password or a Profile (same log-in details as the Admin).
The steps to log in differ depending on how the Family member was originally set up by the Admin:
Independent accounts
If the Family member was set up as an Independent account, this member will need to enter the log-in credentials used to accept the invite.
- Independent accounts are locked to all Family members (Admin, other Independent accounts and Profiles) and can only be accessed by the owner of the account
- If the owner cannot remember the credentials used, the password can be reset
Profiles
If the Family member was set up as a Profile, this member will need to enter the same log-in details used by the Admin. Once logged in, the member can switch to any Profile or Kid profile.
Note: Profiles can be accessed by all Family members, including Independent accounts
How to switch Profiles on mobile
- You have the option to tap the FAMILY MEMBERS button or go to Settings
and select Family members
- Select the Profile you would like to access
How to switch Profiles on your computer
- Log in to your account
- Select the Profile you would like to access
Note: If you are already logged in, you can view other Profiles by selecting your profile photo and Family members

If you've signed in to deezer.com with your Google account details, you can unlink your Google account and reset your password.
Note: This only applies to Profiles (not Independent accounts)
