You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Deezer app or website. If you cancel your Deezer Premium subscription, you'll still have access to your Premium features until the end of your current subscription period. After that, your account will revert to Deezer Free and any downloaded music will no longer be playable offline.
All of your favorite tracks, playlists and content will still be visible, but some features, like unlimited skips, downloading and offline listening, are only available to paid subscribers. All downloaded content will become grey and unplayable.

Apple payments
If you subscribe to Deezer through your Apple account, you can only cancel directly with Apple. Find out how to cancel your subscription here.

Subscriptions made through Partners
If you are paying for Deezer as part of a Partnership, for instance with partners such as TIM, Globoplay, Mecardo Livre and Orange, you will need to cancel through the respective partner directly, as Deezer cannot cancel your subscription. FAQ
Why can't I find the option to cancel my account?
You may already be logged into Deezer Free and therefore have no subscription to cancel. Alternatively, you may also have more than one subscription linked to different emails. Find out how to check if you have an account.
Why have I been charged after canceling?
- You have more than one account, so the payment has been taken for another account
- You have not completed the cancelation process. You will receive an email when you have successfully canceled your account
- If you're subscribed to Deezer through Apple or your mobile provider, it's possible they have not finished processing your cancelation. Please contact your third party provider directly
