How to subscribe?
Subscription to Combinaqui is exclusive to Itaú customers who have an active current account. You can subscribe directly through the Itaú app, the customer service centre, or at any branch. When making your choice, provide a valid mobile phone number to receive the Deezer activation code.
The combos vary in price and benefits, and all offer significant savings compared to individual service contracts.
How does it work?
If you are an Itaú customer and want to enjoy Deezer on Combinaqui, it is simple:
Access your Itaú app.
Go to Products > Exclusive Products > Combinaqui.
Choose the combo that includes Deezer Premium, such as Combinaqui Conexão, which, in addition to music streaming, offers internet bonuses.
After subscribing, you will receive an SMS with a link to create your Deezer Premium account or link an existing account.
Just follow the step-by-step instructions to activate your benefit and start listening to your favourite music immediately, on any device.
If you already have an individual Deezer Premium subscription, you will need to cancel it to link the account to the Itaú benefit and continue enjoying without interruptions.

We recommend contacting Itaú support for further clarification.
What if I cancel Combinaqui?
You will continue to have access to Deezer Premium until the end of the paid period. After that, your profile will change to Deezer Free.
I am without access to Deezer Premium?

If you cancel your Combinaqui benefits package, your Deezer Premium subscription will end on the last day of the reference month. Your Deezer account will change from Premium to free, without access to several features. However, your favourite songs remain saved within your Deezer account, provided you do not delete your Deezer account.
