How does the partnership between Deezer and Molotov work?
The new offer called Molotov Extra + Deezer Premium will be available on the web from this page - MOLOTOV EXTRA + DEEZER PREMIUM, and also in the Molotov App, under section “Store”.
Once you subscribe to this plan, Molotov Extra + Deezer Premium, you will receive a link in your email to proceed with the activation of the Deezer Premium benefit.
Simply follow the instructions to set up your Deezer account (can be to create a new account or link to an existing account) and start streaming immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We will be sad if you wish to cancel your subscription, but if you really want to cancel your Molotov + Deezer subscription, just follow the guidance provided here by Molotov.
Reminder that Molotov options are non-binding, so you can add or cancel options whenever you want. When you cancel your option, your payments will stop immediately. However, you will, of course, retain access to your options for the month already paid.

Unfortunately, Molotov Extra x Deezer Premium subscription is only available for French residents. Yet, if you are a French resident travelling in the European Union, you will still get access to the service.

If the link doesn't work, please contact Molotov customer support for assistance. The issue is occurring in their environment, and Deezer doesn't have visibility into this process.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, there is no binding period for the Molotov Extra + Deezer Premium offer. It renews automatically every month, but you can cancel it at any time.
Is there an option to pay annually for Molotov Extra + Deezer Premium offer?
No. For now, the only option is a monthly payment of the offer.
Can I find other offers beside the Deezer Premium?
Unfortunately, currently the only option available is the bundle Molotov Extra + Deezer Premium.
What audio qualities are available on Deezer Premium?
Deezer Premium offers multiple audio quality settings to suit your preferences and connection:
- Standard Quality: 128 kbps MP3
- High Quality (“Better”): 320 kbps MP3
- High Fidelity (Hi-fi): 16-bit/44.1 kHz FLAC (1411 kbps), which is CD-quality, lossless audio
So on mobile or desktop, you can choose between Standard (128 kbps), High Quality (320 kbps), and High Fidelity (1411 kbps FLAC).
Are there any other Molotov plans with Deezer Premium?
No. Only the new offer for new subscribers, Molotov Extra + Deezer Premium, will have the Deezer offer.
Do I need to download the Deezer application?
If you are using Deezer on a mobile device, then you need to download the Deezer app for the ultimate experience. On a computer, you can decide if you use the web version at www.deezer.com or if you download the desktop app, available for Windows and Mac systems.
Can I upgrade from my existing Molotov subscription to the new offer?
No. As mentioned above, this offer is just for new users, so if you already have an existing subscription with Molotov, you will not be eligible for that new offer.
Can I listen to music offline?
Yes! Deezer, through Desktop app and Mobile app, allows you to download playlists and albums that you have favourite so you can listen then in offline mode, as long as you have downloaded the content to your device.
Can I use Deezer on multiple devices?
Yes! With your Deezer subscription, you can stream music on multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, ensuring you enjoy your music wherever you go.
Can I transfer my favourites between my actual stream music app and Deezer?
Deezer uses a third-party service called “Tune my Music” to transfer content between your old stream app and Deezer. Just check on the list of companies listened to by “Tune My Music” if your streaming is there - HERE.
I have a Deezer paid account - how can I switch to the Molotov offer?
In that case, if you want to keep your Flow and your Favorites, you will need to end your actual subscription, and then when the account is free you can link the Deezer Premium through the Molotov Extra+Deezer Premium offer.
Can I log in to third-party apps like Sonos or Alexa with my Deezer Premium account if I have a subscription through Molotov?
Yes, you can use your Deezer Premium subscription on all compatible devices with Deezer. You can find more information HERE.
If I need to update the email or my payment details. Who should I reach?
If you have to update details about your Molotov account, payment details, then if you can't perform the changes by ourselves, you will have to contact Molotov Customer Support.
In case you need help updating the email of Deezer account, and you cannot do it, then you will need to reach out to Deezer support.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to follow the cancellation process on the Molotov website, or speak to the Molotov customer care team.
What happens if I can cancel my Molotov offer, but I want to keep using Deezer Premium? Can I subscribe directly on Deezer app/website? Will I lose my favourites?
If you cancel your Molotov subscription, your Deezer Premium subscription will also terminate at the end of the billing cycle. After that, you can subscribe to Deezer directly with us or with other partners that have Deezer included. As long as you don’t delete your Deezer account, your favourites will remain stored in your account.
I want to cancel Deezer Premium but keep my Molotov subscription. How can I do that?
In that case, you will need to first end the existing subscription of Molotov Extra + Deezer Premium, and when your billing cycle ends, you can subscribe to any Molotov plan available on their website, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria for that offer.
