I am an independent account inside a Family/Duo account, why can't I subscribe?
Only the admin of the Family or Duo account is eligible to subscribe to the DAZN offer.
What methods of payment are available to subscribe to DAZN?
Subscribing to DAZN offers the same methods of payment that already exist for Deezer - via the app on iOS billing and Google Play billing and via webpage, Visa, American Express and more. Details about the methods of payment you can use here.
What happens after I complete the payment journey?
After completing the payment journey, you will get an email with a link that will take you to the DAZN app or website to conclude the process of activation. At this point you will be asked to create a DAZN account or log in to an existing DAZN account if applicable.
The link provided doesn’t work, what should I do?
If the link doesn’t work, please reach out to DAZN customer support for further help as the link is generated by them - Deezer does not populate these links, and will be unable to assist.
I can’t log in on the DAZN app, can you help?
As we do not have visibility to DAZN personal data, please reach out to DAZN Customer Support for further assistance.
Why are transaction dates not the same for Deezer and DAZN?
Deezer and DAZN subscriptions are not correlated. This means that you have two different billing cycles. This also means you can have two different methods of payment.
Why do I see two transactions in my bank statement if both services are provided by Deezer?
Because they are two independent subscriptions -, you will see one transaction for Deezer and another for DAZN.
I have been charged twice for DAZN service, one through my new subscription I just made with Deezer to take advantage of the offer, and my old subscription that I have directly with DAZN. What should I do?
We recommend that you get in contact with DAZN Customer Support regarding your old subscription. Unfortunately we cannot assist with DAZN direct subscriptions and can only cancel the subscription made through the Deezer app/webpage.
I want to cancel my DAZN subscription, how should I proceed?
Select Manage My Subscription which you can find within Settings in the Deezer app - you will see your active DAZN subscription listed. To cancel, click on the active subscription and select Cancel. The subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle.
I want to cancel Deezer but want to keep my DAZN subscription, how can I do that?
If you want to cancel Deezer and keep a DAZN subscription, you will need to subscribe directly on the DAZN app or website, when your DAZN account reverts to free.
I have cancelled my Deezer subscription and without my knowledge my DAZN subscription was cancelled - why?
The deal that is established between Deezer and DAZN is dependent on having a Deezer subscription active at the same time. Therefore, if you cancel your Deezer subscription, DAZN subscription will be terminated at the end of the billing period.
I have resubscribed again to DAZN via the Deezer offer but I didn’t get the discount that you promoted - why?
Users are only eligible to benefit from the first month promotion once. If you cancel your DAZN subscription and decide to resubscribe at a later date, you will not be eligible for the first month promotional offer.
Can you please assist me with the update of my email and password for the DAZN account?
