What kind of Deezer offers are available and where?
If you are a Fnac-Darty customer, you will find the “Deezer of your choice” when you purchase of an eligible product from the Sound, High Tech, Music, Gaming or Toys range from €1 (price paid on the fnac.com website and in Fnac stores), you can get 3 months free subscription on either Premium, Duo or Family plan without any commitment but with obligation to fill a payment method to access the free trial.
Same if you are a WeFix customer, and you make any purchase in store, whether it is repairs, services, accessories or reconditioned products, we offer you a 3-month subscription.

How to activate your subscription
We’ve designed the activation process to ensure it is seamless, straightforward, and highly convenient for all our users.

Enter the code that you received in the Fnac email following your purchase of an eligible product or from a physical card if your purchase was in a Fnac/Darty/WeFix store.
Last step, please create your Deezer account or connect to your existing account and add your bank details.
You have 2 months to take advantage of the offer from the sending of the email informing you of the shipment of your order (subject to providing your bank details when activating the offer on the Deezer website or Deezer app).
Please remember, Deezer offers are used in one go on the French website deezer.com and provide access to the Deezer Premium, Deezer Duo or Deezer Famille service in the case of the “Deezer of your choice” offer for 3 months for the purchase of an eligible product or 4 months for the subscription to the Fnac+ card, subject to the beneficiary providing their bank details.

How to cancel your subscription
If you do not wish to continue with your subscription, you can cancel it any time. To avoid further charges, you will need to cancel it at least 48 hours before the renewal of the plan, by going to the “Account Settings” page of your account on the Deezer website or Deezer app.
Note: You can also change your subscription, from Premium to Duo or Family plan, for example. If you choose to subscribe to a different plan, you will be immediately charged for the new plan, and the benefits of your previously paid subscription will be forfeited. The previous subscription will be automatically and simultaneously terminated by DEEZER. Furthermore, this change of plan does not entitle you to any form of compensation or refund, as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions for Deezer Offers (Article 2 and Article 5: https://www.deezer.com/legal/premium-service-terms).

- Login to your Deezer account
- Select your profile icon

How do I access this offer?
Any person purchasing items from those shops - TV/Speakers/headphones/computer - or doing any repair in a WeFix centre - will be offered a gift card to try our platform for 3 months. This is not just a free credit; the activation of the offer will require the user to enter payment details to get the 3 first months (or 4 months for Fnac+ Customers) of their subscription for free and then be charged the normal monthly price. This subscription can be cancelled at any time as a usual subscription.
Is there any eligibility criteria to access this offer?
To be eligible for that offer, the user must:
- Be located in France
- Have been on a free version for the last 12 months
The user will receive a physical Gift-card in-store (valid for 12 months from the day of purchase) or a code via email for an online purchase (valid only for 2 months from the day of purchase).

My code is not working, how should I proceed?
If you have tried to redeem your code, and you get an error message, you will need to reach our support so we can investigate the cause of your issue and eventually replace your code if you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. When you contact us, please send us the following information:
- Photo of your physical gift card or screenshot of the email sent by Fnac with the code visible
- Copy of the purchase receipt/Invoice
With that, our support will provide you with another code if everything is verified accordingly.
What methods of payment are available to subscribe this offer?

I have just redeemed my code, but I have chosen the wrong offer. Would it be possible to change?
If you made a mistake selecting the wrong plan, and you are still in the trial period, you will need to subscribe to the correct plan (note that you will be charged immediately) and then reach out our support so we can evaluate your case.
I want to update my method of payment, what should I do?
If you need to update your method of payment, you can make this change by yourself directly in the Deezer app or through www.deezer.com. Keep in mind that certain type of payment methods require that you end first your subscription before updating your method of payment. If you have doubts, please check our article here.
What do I do if I already have an active Premium subscription on Deezer?
According to the terms and conditions of this offer, unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply this gift card on your account. But you can always gift this to another person who doesn’t have a Deezer account or has a Deezer Free account.
I want to cancel my subscription, but I don’t remember the email address that I added on my Deezer account.
If you have already tried to log in with all the email addresses you remember, and you couldn’t find your Premium, Duo or Family account, please submit a request here adding a screenshot of the last payment and any other relevant information.
I was charged, and now I need a refund as I don’t use Deezer
Unfortunately, according to our terms and conditions - Article 10.4, we can't issue a refund. So if you don’t use Deezer services, or you wish to stop using it, make sure you cancel your subscription 48 hours before the renewal of the subscription.
Keep in mind that as you didn’t cancel the automated renewal in time - your offer was renewed for another month.
A trial or discovery offer is automatically converted into a monthly subscription at the price stated in the offer or, otherwise, at the price applicable to the monthly subscription to the Deezer Premium, Duo or Family Service (see dzr.fm/offers)
