Did you know that every week, millions of tracks are uploaded on Deezer by millions of artists? While the vast majority of this content will end up on the correct artist page, occasionally, a song or album can become misplaced or uploaded into the catalog of another artist. This is something that we work tirelessly to try and prevent, but errors do happen. This is why we would like to ask you, the fans, to report instances of this if you find them. On both the web and Deezer app, you will now be able to Report a problem if you discover incorrect information on an album and soon, tracks too.
Report a problem on albums
If you have noticed an issue on an album page select the button at the top right corner of the application, then select the last option Report a problem.
You will then be able to choose which problem you'd like to report:
- This album wasn't recorded by this artist - select this option if you think the album is listed on the wrong artist
- There's an audio problem - select this option if the audio file of one or more tracks of the album sounds corrupted
- Undesirable content - select this option if you think one or more tracks of the album break our terms of use
Once reported, these issues will be directed towards our dedicated team here at Deezer who will resolve them as soon as possible.
Thank you for your help!
