Everyone knows that technology doesn't always work the way we want it to. Issues happen, but we want to make sure you aren't without your favorite tracks, podcasts and radio for too long. This article will guide you through what to do when you've got a connection issue on the web, security settings and how to check for whether there is a global Deezer problem - and how to get in touch.
Connection issues
If the Deezer web player says you have no internet connection, try these solutions below:
- Restart your browser: Try quitting your browser application and restarting. Then, return to Deezer
- Check for updates: Sometimes your browser may have missed an update. Try updating it to see if it makes a difference.

Note: Only the latest two versions of each browser are supported
- Clear your cache: Try clearing your browser cache.

Then log out and log back in again.
- Reduce your open tabs: How many browser tabs do you have open? Depending on the power of your computer, sometimes lots of open tabs can affect Deezer’s performance.

Security settings
Is there a security setting/firewall in place that is not recognizing Deezer as safe? Check for any Flash blockers, ad blockers or security plugins that could be interfering with Deezer and make sure they recognize Deezer as a safe site.
