Nobody likes technical issues when they are trying to listen to their music. But when it comes to technical difficulties the simplest answer is usually the easiest one. If you are finding yourself struggling to connect to the Deezer app, or are having problems streaming your favorite songs, reinstalling Deezer is a good way of restoring the app and getting you back to enjoying the music you love.

How to reinstall your app
- On the home screen, tap and hold the Deezer icon until it starts shaking
- Select Remove app
- Open the App Store and search for and install the Deezer app
Note: If you are unable to uninstall the app, please get in touch with the store that you bought the phone from as we're unable to uninstall apps for you
- Find Deezer in your list of apps
- Tap and hold Deezer to bring up its settings
- Select Uninstall
- Restart your phone
- Open the Google Play Store and search for and install the Deezer app

Windows
Deezer desktop app is available to all users. You'll need a minimum version Windows 7 or later to reinstall the app.
- From the desktop, press the Windows button
- Select Settings
- Select Apps
- Select Apps & features from the left pane
- Select the Deezer app
- Select Uninstall, and then select Uninstall again to confirm
- Reinstall the Deezer desktop app
Mac
Deezer desktop app is available to all users. You'll need a minimum version macOS 10.10 or later.
- Open the Deezer app on your Mac
- Open Finder, then select Applications in the sidebar
Tip: If it’s not listed in your sidebar, return to the top menu, and go to Go and then Applications
- Find the Deezer app and then drag it to the Trash
- Close Applications
- Re-download from deezer.com and install
