How to activate and manage your account
Add Deezer to your wim package
As a user/customer of wim es como, you can add Deezer to your wim es como package from your store in the wim es como app.
- Store in the wim es como app
- Select the Deezer benefit
- Confirm your payment details
- You receive a purchase confirmation of the benefit
Activate your Deezer subscription
Press the button in orange to activate your Deezer Premium subscription (you can also do this via the email you will receive as a wim es como user)
Complete your subscription and register as a Deezer user
The Deezer app will open (if you do not have it downloaded yet, you will be directed to your Apple Store on Apple devices or Google Play Store on Android devices).
Follow the instructions to Register or Log in to Deezer. If you already have a free Deezer account, select "Log in" and sign in with your email and password. If you need to create a new account, you must enter your details such as the email you want to link to your Deezer account, username, password, etc.
Log in with the registered details and voilà! 😎 Start listening to your favourite music! 🙌
Note: If you currently have an active Deezer Premium subscription, before linking your wim es como benefit, you must cancel the renewal and wait for your account to switch to Deezer FREE
Check your Deezer Premium offer in the Deezer app
You can check your Deezer Premium subscription details in the Deezer app.
On the home page in the app, press the initial letter of your name located in the top right corner (settings), then press “Account management” and you will be able to see the offer you have through wim es como and Deezer.
Cancel your Deezer Premium subscription/benefit
You can cancel your Deezer Premium subscription or benefit at any time from your store, in the wim app on your mobile device.

Select “End” on the Deezer benefit
Confirm by selecting “End” on the next screen
You receive a confirmation of the cancelled benefit and that you can enjoy the subscription until a specified date.
Note: You can always reactivate your Deezer Premium benefit and recover the 20% discount

What do I do if I already have an active Premium subscription with Deezer?

Payments and transactions
I want to update my payment method, who should I contact?
Deezer does not store payment information. Since you subscribed through the wim es como app, you must update it through them. If you have any questions, please contact the wim es como support team - HERE.
I don't use Deezer and want a refund for a charge I received
If you received a charge for the Deezer benefit contracted with wim is how you want it, it means you need to call their support to discuss this matter.
Deezer does not have access to your payment details. The billing cycle is managed by our partner wim es como, please contact their customer service to request your refund. You can also check their frequently asked questions HERE
Please note that the subscription to wim es como and the Deezer Premium subscription are two different services and to avoid new charges for the Deezer service, you must cancel it.

I am going to cancel my membership with wim es como, but I want to keep using Deezer?
You can keep your Deezer Premium subscription even if you have cancelled your package with wim es como until the end of your contract. However, you cannot renew it because you are no longer a wim es como customer.

Yes, you just need to download your favourite playlists, albums or podcasts and then listen to them offline.
Can I use my Deezer Premium subscription on all devices?
Yes, you can use your Deezer subscription on all compatible devices. You can check the list of devices HERE
Do I need to change the email of my Deezer account?
Yes, if you have access to your current email, perfect. See here how you can do it - HERE. If you do not have access to this email, you will have to contact Deezer Customer Service. Send, along with your request, a screenshot showing your phone number.
Can I transfer my playlists from another streaming app to Deezer?
Yes! Within the Deezer app or website, you will find the "TuneMyMusic" feature which allows you to transfer your playlists from other platforms to Deezer. More details about it HERE
I can't find my playlist or I am receiving an error message?
First make sure you have logged into the correct Deezer account, as you may have more than one registered account. If you need help, please contact Deezer support sending your Deezer account email and a screenshot in the wim es como app where your phone number is visible.
