So you want the benefits of Deezer Premium but want to share it among your family and across 13 devices? Then Deezer Family is the plan for you. With up to 6 family member accounts, with amazing HiFi sound and the ability to create Kids accounts for the younger ones, sign up for Deezer Family subscription today!

With Deezer Family, you and your Family members can listen to ad-free, unlimited music in high quality.

Here is what's included:

  • Up to 6 Family members can discover playlists, favorite songs and use Flow 
  • You can connect up to 13 devices. The main Admin can link up to 3 connected devices, while each additional Family member can link up to 2 devices
  • HiFi sound quality for all your members. You can find out more about HiFi here
  • You can set up Family members as Independent accounts with their own login details and password. Or, if you prefer, members can have their own Profile (with the same login details as Admin)
  • You are able to sync to a wide range of speakers, home devices and game consoles
  • All Family members can launch the Family mix for a shuffled selection of favorite tracks from all Family members. Perfect for road trips

  • You can set up Kid profiles for children up to 12 years old

Our music acquisition is negotiated between artists & right-holders. Don't forget that if you have an active subscription you can upload the song to your own mp3 section on Deezer and then you can add it to playlists. The step by step guide is here.

Requirements for Deezer Family

To use Deezer Family:

  • The Admin must meet the minimum age requirement outlined in our Terms and Conditions
  • All Family members must reside in the same household

Note: Deezer Family is available worldwide for Android, iOS and desktop

If you already have an account that isn't connected to a Deezer Family plan and you want to join Deezer Family, all of your favorites will be kept if you follow the information below:

  • If you are going to be the Admin, all you need to do is switch from your existing Deezer Premium plan to Deezer Family
  • If you are not going to be the Admin, you must join as an independent account to keep your existing favorites. You must receive an invitation to join a Family

Warning: It is not possible to combine subscription plans

Note: It is not possible to access Profiles or Kid profiles from some car entertainment systems, TVs and select devices

How to join Deezer Family

If you're subscribed to a Deezer Free or Deezer Premium plan and you'd like to switch to more music for the rest of your family, you can join Deezer Family following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings Settings.png
  2. Select Account management AccountManagement.svg
  3. Select Manage my subscription
  4. Depending on your current plan, select Subscribe or Switch to Deezer Family

Note: If you cannot view all your available plans, please access your account from a web browser on your mobile or computer

How to subscribe through iTunes

If you're currently subscribed through iTunes, all you need to do is log in to your Deezer account via your application on your device.

Then, go to the Manage my subscription and Change plan

Note: If you're paying through the Apple App Store, your total charge will be slightly more due to the Apple commission charge

If you're subscribed to a Deezer Free or Deezer Premium plan and you'd like to switch to more music for the rest of your family, you can join Deezer Family following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings Settings.png
  2. Select Account management AccountManagement.svg
  3. Select Manage my subscription
  4. Depending on your current plan, select Subscribe or Switch to Deezer Family

Note: If you cannot view all your available subscriptions, please access your account from a web browser on your mobile or computer

  1. Go to your profile Profile.png
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. In the My information tab, select MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION located under My subscription
  4. Depending on your current subscription, select Subscribe or Switch to Deezer Family

If you are subscribed to a Deezer Premium plan and you want to connect to a Deezer Family plan, you'll need to cancel first. Once your subscription has reverted back to Deezer Free, you can connect your Deezer account as an independent account using the invite link.

Note: If you have a Deezer Free account the process is the same, but there is no need to cancel first
