If you see a message telling you “Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device” it will most likely be because you’ve tried to use Deezer on more than one device – or webpage – at the same time.
Your Deezer account cannot be used in multiple locations at the same time. Click the resume button in the notification box to continue using Deezer on the device you are using.

How to see what devices your Deezer account is connected to
Follow these steps to see which devices your Deezer account is currently connect to:
- Starting from the Deezer homepage
- On mobile: tap My Music > Settings
- On Deezer.com: go to Settings > Account Settings
Your Deezer account can be linked to a total of three compatible devices.
You don’t recognise a device using your account
If you’ve visited your My connected devices page and spotted a device you don’t recognise, it’s possible you may have left your account logged in on somebody else’s device.
In that event, all you have to do is unlink that device from your account by following the steps on how to manage connected devices.
